We work alongside the appointed architect, structural engineer and relevant specialists, managing construction with an experienced site team and clear lines of responsibility.

We assess drawings, specifications, structural requirements, access and outstanding design information. Potential buildability and sequencing issues are discussed before construction starts.
COMMERCIAL CLARITY
Defined quotation & programme
We prepare a described scope of works, identify important assumptions and coordinate the intended start, lead times and project duration so the client understands the basis of our offer.
ON SITE
Managed construction
Site supervision coordinates the trades, deliveries, temporary works, Building Control inspections and quality checks. Progress and variations are handled against the agreed contract arrangements.
COMPLETION
Quality, finishing & handover
We organise finishing work, testing, inspections and snagging, bringing the necessary information together for the agreed handover of the completed construction project.
