Founder & Managing Director
Artjom is our commander in chief and a fundamental part of our team. Founding the company in 2010 he has seen Adam Renovations grow from a small scale, one man operation to the multi million pound construction company it is today. Artjom’s previous experience ranges across a variety of different projects from domestic to commercial and has been in the construction industry for over 19 years.

Mikis Almanov
Non Executive Director
Mikis, our Non-Executive Director, brings 20 years of invaluable experience in construction, property, and development. Providing an independent perspective, he ensures the effective and ethical management of our company. With a rich background as a former Director of The Collective, Mikis possesses extensive development experience, overseeing more than 1000 residential units.

Construction Director
Prakash has over 20 years of experience within the construction industry and a project portfolio in excess of £500 million. He is particularly skilled in managing large-scale residential and commercial developments. His expertise in cost management, health and safety regulations, and contract negotiations contributes to his well-rounded skill set, making him a valuable asset to any construction project.

Senior Estimator
Petru is responsible for the tendering process through to the commercial management of live projects. His role is to ensure that all contracts run smoothly for both teams on site and our valued clients. Petru has over 10 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management.

Chris is an experienced and versatile Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years in the residential development and general building contracting sectors. He has extensive expertise in managing high-value contracts, particularly in the super-prime residential market in London. Known for his exceptional negotiation skills, Chris has a proven track record of generating significant cost savings across various projects.

Slava Pochekailo
Project Manager
Slava, our skilled Project Manager, draws on 15 years of expertise to handle diverse project facets. Proficient in team leadership and committed to excellence, he ensures projects meet the highest standards. Qualified in plumbing and carpentry, Slava extends his proficiency across construction domains. A meticulous and conscientious manager, he consistently evaluates techniques, ensuring optimal methods on our sites.

Construction Site Manager
Ian, our Construction Project Manager and Site Supervisor, has 15 years of experience managing on-site operations. He excels in coordinating teams, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards, all while driving efficient project execution and timely completion.

Project Manager
Luke is a design architect by trade and has worked on multiple types of construction in his 20 years of experience ranging from private residential properties of different sizes and budgets, reconstructions and arrangements for social districts, structure and strength works and Coordination and the verification and approval of the entire precession of design and construction processes.
Luke Kachalo
Site Manager
As an experienced Foreman and qualified carpenter, Vitalie has used his skills to specialize in domestic dwellings, working on extensions, conversions and other challenging builds. He has amassed 20+ years’ experience managing sites of up to £3m in value. Managing multiple teams at once and ensuring the site is run smoothly and each project completed on time and in budget in an appropriate and safe manner.

Liam manages our purchasing, sourcing goods and services for operational needs. A National University of Ireland graduate, he brings extensive construction sector knowledge and top-notch organizational skills. Liam fosters strong supplier relationships, evaluates performance, and enhances service and goods quality. Ensuring client satisfaction, project manager productivity, and overall company efficiency.
